He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Armstrong Hastings of Emelle, AL; his children, Patrick Hastings of Scottsboro, AL, Michael Hastings of Scottsboro, AL and Christine Williams (Rodney) of Scottsboro, AL; and his grandchildren, Victoria Hastings and Joshua Hastings.
