He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Jack and Joan Ellen Kiely Fransen; and his brother Everett John Fransen. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Fransen (Karen), Dianne O'Hara (Edward), Naidene King and Tracey O'Hanlon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
