He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mitchell and Hattie Mitchell; and his wife Genia Mitchell. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Royal, Kenny Royal and Michelle Mitchell Williams. He is also survived by eight grandchildren & eight great-grandchildren.
