She was predeceased by: her parents, William Donald Wansley and Katie Jo Chapman Wansley; and her brother George Donald Wansley. She is survived by: her children, Katie Gironda, Michael Pugh (Amanda) and Matthew Pugh (Christine); and her siblings, Shirley Anita Barnett (Andy Ross) and Frederick Wansley. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
