She was predeceased by: her father William Charles Armstrong; her daughter Hannah Summerlin; and her grandparents, Ray Rushton Baldwin, Sr. and Ida Hughes Baldwin. She is survived by: her mother Nellie Faye Armstrong; her husband Shannon Summerlin; her daughters, Ray-Anna Summerlin and Emily Summerlin; her granddaughter Charlotte Kilgore; and her parents-in-law, Brenda Helms and Gilbert Summerlin. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at the Brookside Memorial Gardens (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054).
