She was predeceased by: her husband Charles R. Porter, Sr.; and her parents, Samuel Porter Pruett and Clara Spence Morris Pruett. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Holmes, Cynthia Hall, Edyth Starling, Charles R. Porter, Jr. and Melisia Havelin; and her siblings, Janice Hayles, Fred Pruett, Elaine Carroll and Paul Ray Morris. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
