He is survived by: his wife Susan Ball Nelson of Elkmont, AL; his daughter Kerri Truett (Jason) of Elkmont, AL; his grandsons, Brayden Truett and William Truett; and his sisters, Barbara Nelson of Elkmont, AL and Carolyn Nelson of Elkmont, AL.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
