With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Smith Aj of Elkmont, Alabama, who passed away on June 26, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron John Smith and Vera Bailey Smith; his wife Judy Smith; his sisters, Annette Moon and Annie Jean Evans; and his grandsons, Byron Campbell and Todd Lackey.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Smith (Shirley), Valerie Whitlock (Jason) and Gayla Smith Campbell; and his siblings, Danny Smith (Ilene), Diane Terry (John) and Wanda Neely. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
