It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lee Lauderdale (Elkmont, Alabama), who passed away on December 17, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lauderdale and Anna Buchanan Lauderdale; and his wife Betty Ann Marsh Lauderdale. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Lauderdale (Elaine) and Dr. Donna Lauderdale Lemay (Anthony); his grandchildren, Katheryn Newton (Daniel), Benjamin Lauderdale (Kelli) and Dr. Zachary Mosher (Erin); his stepgrandchildren, Carla Lemay Wise (Greg) and Marccia Hunter; his great grandchildren, Greyson Lauderdale and Baylor Newton; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Sadie Wise, Brodie Wise, Judah Wise, Bella Wise, James Lee Champion and Knox Champion; and his siblings, Donald Lauderdale (Sheila) and Robbie Gozia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked to please make donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Memphis, TN or to Samaritan's Purse Ministries.
