He is survived by: his wife Cathy Worsham; his daughters, Heidi Lovelady (Jerome), Scarlet Hardy (Tommy) and Carol Cook (Larry); his grandchildren, Landon Lovelady, Lillie Hardy, Jack Hardy, Christina Cook and Jacob Cook; and his siblings, Harold Worsham, Jane Dawson, Wanda Martin and Ann Hollis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
