He is survived by: his mother Betty Jane Parisi; his sister Michelle Wessling (Martin); his sons, Matthew Denby, Nick Moulton (Irene) and Nathan Moulton; and his nephew Michael Slavin.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
