He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Lewis; his children, Phillip A., Connie Lewis Smith (Matt), Ketela K. Helton (Patrick) and Cynthia A. Brown (William); his grandchildren, Brandon L. Lewis (Maggie), Quinton S. Wilson, Danny Smith (Haley) and Somer Hatfield; and his siblings, Lois Adene Hovis (Lewis) and Billy Lewis. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
