It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Sue Turner Guthrie of Elkmont, Alabama, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arsey Turner and Ida Belle Furline Turner; her husband William Guthrie Jr.; her children, Pamela Guthrie and John Guthrie; and her siblings, James Turner, Harry Turner, Guy Turner, Albert Turner, Lee Turner, Lewis Turner, Robert Turner, Nettie Turner Standford, Lura Turner and Mildred Turner.

She is survived by: her children, LaDonna Moss (Joe) of Elkmont and Benji Guthrie of Elkmont; her grandchildren, Billy "BJ" Moss, Austin Moss (Susan), Chelsey Moss, Heath Moss (Stacy) and Jody Moss (LeAnn); and her great grandchild Hayden Moss.
