She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Smith (Kathy) of Elkmont, AL, Kenney Smith (Tavvy), Sandra Douthit (Joe Mark) of Toney, AL and Tammy Meadows (Craig); her daughter-in-law Susan Smith of Elkmont, AL; and her niece Nancy Augus. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
