Mable Lee Thompson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2025, at the age of 89, Mable Lee Thompson of Elkmont, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Mable Lee departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mable Lee. Though Mable Lee may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Aldridge and Lucy Pierce Aldridge; her husband Harry Thompson (Pee Wee); and her sisters, Ammer Blevins and Opal Garrison.

She is survived by: her son Harry Thompson; and her siblings, CJ Aldridge, Sue Wiley and Jenny Davis (Billy). She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Elkmont United Methodist Church (25444 Children St, Elkmont, AL 35620).
