He was predeceased by: his father Greg Blair; and his grandparents, Eugene Blair, Mary Blair, Francis Slaver and William Slaver.
He is survived by: his mother Joanie Holt (Wade) of Elkmont, AL; his children, Hensley James Blair, Greg Blair (Joann) of New York, Bothers, Kenneth Blair (Tiffany) of Louisville, KY and Chris Holt (Jessica) of Elkmont, AL; his sister Rita Thomas of Georgia; and his grandmother Joan Slaver of Albany. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; and many dear friends.
