She was predeceased by: her parents, George Curtis and Eva Seymoure Curtis; and her grandson Byron Campbell (Todd Lackey). She is survived by: her husband A. J. Smith; her children, Keith Smith (Shirley), Valerie Whitlock (Jason) and Gayla Smith Campbell; and her grandchildren, Vanissa Moore, Blake Campbell, Brittney Campbell, Hana Whitlock, Jason Lackey and April Lackey. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
