He is survived by: his wife Linda Rutherford; his son James Raymond Rutherford (Julie); his grandchildren, Ivy Rutherford-Hernandez, Deavon Rutherford, Nyssa Rutherford, Justin Rutherford, Jamie Rutherford, Brandy Miller, Johnathan Holbrook and Amanda Winikie; his great grandchildren, Dominic Hernandez, Issadora Hernandez and Cecila Hernandez; and his sister Betty Causey.
