He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Elzie Perry and Velma Lorene Clark Perry; and his brothers, Willis Lee Perry and Doyle Gene Perry. He is survived by: his daughters, Genelle Allen (David) of Athens, AL and Lisa Colston (Terry); his brothers, Neal Perry (Nell) of Loretto, TN and Vernon (Donna); and his pet RJ. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Shriners Childrens Hospitals.
