He is survived by: his grandparents, Wanda Sisk, Roy K. and Denise Prater; his brother Mason Sisk; his aunts and uncles, Kathryn, Bridget Prater-Smith (Frank III), Douglas Prater, Rob Sisk, Amanda Rivera Brigido and Lance Sisk; his great-aunt Lynn Prater; and his cousin Frank Smith IV.
