He is survived by: his wife Kay Kelley; his son Frank Kelley (Victoria); his granddaughters, Scarlett Kelley, Roslyn Kelley and Ava Kelley; his sister Wynell Ridgeway; and his pet Rosie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rogersville Funeral Home (18275 US-72, Rogersville, AL 35652).
