She is survived by: her husband James Maddox of Elkmont, AL; her children, Dennis Maddox of Elkmont, AL, Kay Coffman (Dale) of Athens, AL and Lea Ann Coffman (Charles) of Athens, AL; her niece Ava Gilbert; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Coffman, Charlie Maddox, Susan Patterson, Amanda Burgett and Cody Coffman. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
