He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Tillman Sandlin and Novema Christine Romine Sandlin. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sandlin of Elkmont, AL; his children, Eric Mitchell (Michelle) of Elkmont, AL and Angel Tomerlin (Grant) of Prospect, TN; and his siblings, Jim Sandlin (Donna) of Vinemont, AL and Nancy (Stanley). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 nephews.
