It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwaine Clark (Elkmont, Alabama), born in Athens, Alabama, who passed away on August 4, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Calvin Clark; his son Dustin Clark; and his brother Dwight Clark. He is survived by: his mother Freda Putman of Elkmont, AL; his children, Herby Clark (Tatum) of Mount Juliet, TN and Daco Clifton (Josh) of Lawrenceburg, TN; his brother Dennis Clark (Monica) of Athens, AL; his niece Kayce Clark McCawley of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his nephews, Dylan Clark, Gage Clark of Elkmont, AL and Cal Clark. He is also survived by 5 Granddaughters, 1 Grandson.
