He is survived by: his children, David Dunnavant Jr. (Georgia), Sharon Dunnavant Rich (Charles) and Penny Dunnavant; his grandchildren, Nikki Abernathy (Matt), Colton Dunnavant (Jessica), Sybrina Phillips and Kevin Rich (Rebecca); his great grandchildren, Will Abernathy, Ella Abernathy, Fergus Dunnavant, Breanna McClendon, Jason McClendon, Adam Rich and Dylan Rich; and his caregiver Chad Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
