He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clem and Eula Mae Gaines Clem; and his siblings, Joyce Moore and Jerome Clem. He is survived by: his wife Helen Clem of Elkmont, AL; his children, Wade Clem (Dana) of Elkmont, AL and Melody Simmons (Bud) of Athens, AL; his grandchildren, Heather Lovell (Jordan), Franklin Simmons, Davis Simmons, Matthew Clem and Laura Joy Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Rylee Lovell and Aidan Lovell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
