It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J Hodges (Elkmont, Alabama), who passed away on September 25, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mason Pullum and Gracie Johnson Pullum; her husband James Edward Hodges; and her sister Nadine Reyer. She is survived by: her children, James Byron Hodges (Romona), Kathy Shores (Eddie), Teresa Alexander (Mike), Angie Thompson (Al) and Christy Lassie (Bobby); her sisters, Kathleen Haggard of Athens, AL, Wanda Haggard and Marjorie Taylor; and her grandchildren, Brennen Shores, Kevin Watkiins, Jacob Shores, Lacey Hodges, Kayla Nave, Candace Hodges, Hannah Crabtree, Kelsey Hodges, Nick Thompson, Dakota McCurley, Hunter Alexander and Mahaley Lassie. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
