He is survived by: his wife Barbara Keppler Hoffman; his siblings, Frank Hoffman and Marie Majors; his children, Leslie Gahagan (Shawn) and Richard Hoffman (Jamie); his grandchildren, Colin Lassitter (Chloe), Drew Lassitter (Aquila), Morgan Ozug (Kai), Emmy Lassitter, Addison Hoffman, Brantley Hoffman and Sadie Gahagan; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Brooks, Ronin and Zhara; and his friends, Charlie Keppler and Al Willingham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
