He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Baker of Elberta, AL; his children, Paula Smith of Orange Beach, AL and Phillip Baker (Mary Ann) of Latonia, KY; his grandchildren, Ashley Smith of Melbourne, KY, Andrew Workman of Dry Ridge, KY, Nathan Workman of Cincinnati, OH and Katie VonHandorf of Burlington, KY; and his pet Mitzi Ann. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
