Charles Hastings Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Hastings of Elberta, Alabama, who passed away on November 23, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Hallard and Evelyn Hastings (Gilbert); and his brother Lloyd Gilbert Hastings. He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Charlie" Robert Hastings III (Marlene) of Elberta and Dustin Richard Hastings (Henry) of Birmingham, Alabama; his grandchildren, Angel Marie Hall, Braydon Ryan Hastings, Blakely Reese Hastings, Madison Lay and Morgan Lay; his siblings, Joyce Elizabeth Bray (Sam) of Columbus, Norma Dianne Wiser (late Bob) of Helena, Lisa Evelyn Pritchett (George) of Brooklyn, Lucy Carole Byars (Randy) of Guntersville, Alabama and Gerald Randall Hastings (late Theresa) of Bay Minette, Alabama; and his sister-in-law Joan Walton Hastings (late Lloyd) of Bay Minette, Alabama. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and family and friends.
