He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Harris Bracey and Earl Thomas Bracey, Sr.; and his sister Judy Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Whaley Bracey; his daughter Shea Bracey Hartman; his sister Dale Underwood; his grandchildren, Jake Marion and Ollie Hartman; his great grandchild Emberly Marion; and his siblings-in-law, Sammy Whaley (Regina), Mary Meeks (Danny) and Donna Mack (Johnny). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
