Though Sherry may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sherry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora Nell Hamm Dodson and James Gilbert Dodson; her son Johnothan; her granddaughter Taylor Creel; and her brothers, James and Houston Dodson.
She is survived by: her children, Tonya Creel (Joe) of New Brockton, AL and Kevin Bryan (Shannon) of Troy, AL; and her grandchildren, Addyson Bryan, Caden Bryan and Trenton Bryan of Troy, Alabama..
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Home (431 E Davis St, Elba, AL 36323). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Chapel (431 E Davis St, Elba, AL 36323).
