She was predeceased by: her husband John Philip Elisha Pyfrom; her sons, John Elisha Pyfrom and Paul Isaac Pyfrom; her grandson James A. Brown; and her parents, Winnie Ann Ford and James Noah Ford.

She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Brown (James) of New Brockton, AL, Margaret Caterisano (Tony) of Greenville, SC, Gayle Pyfrom (Peter Van Dyck) of Philadelphia, PA and Dee Dee Murray (David) of Elba, AL; her grandsons, Philip Pyfrom and David Pyfrom of Elba, Alabama.; and her sister Esther Orr of Leesburg, FL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
