She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Lucrecia "Cricket" George; her son-in-law Kevin George of Dothan, AL; her granddaughters, Jessica McNelley (Jonathan) of Dothan, AL and Haley George of Dothan, AL; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn McNelley of Dothan, AL and Nickolas York; her sister Gladys Chandler of Luverne; her husband Wallace Pearson Smith; her son William Pearson Smith; and her parents, Clara Rushing and Patrick Rushing.
