We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2019, at the age of 99, Lois Goodson Stone (Elba, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Maddox Goodson and John Crawford Goodson; and her grandson Wayne Turner. She is survived by: her children, Edsel Stone (Sue) of New Brockton, AL, Betty Turner (Robert) of New Brockton, AL and Jeanaria Parker; and her grandchildren, Ricky Turner (Donna) of New Brockton, AL, Bobby Turner of Jack, AL, Tori Stone of Troy, AL, Kay Parrish (Scott) of Daleville, AL, Edwin Parker and Melanie Tindol (Mynard) of New Brockton, AL.. She is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great Great Grandchildren, along with several Nieces and Nephews.
Her family request the omission of flowers and ask that memorials be made to the Pleasant Ridge Primitive Baptist Church preservation fund, c/o 4408 County Road 223, Elba, AL 36323.
