She is survived by: her husband Roy Horn; her daughters, Marilyn Oshea (Tim), Rita Chlebek (Bob) and Kristine Mucho-Burger (Tom); her siblings, Kris Gammon (Debbie), Kelly Meadows, Marvin Meadows and Becky Bernardi (Tony); and her grandchildren, Timothy Kennedy (Susann), Anthony Martino (Rachel), Jeffrey Martino, Adam Martino (Danny), Joshua Martino (Jessica), Kelly Jackson (Dalton), Patrick Kennedy, Kassidy Mucho, Kaylee Mucho, Mykaela Phelan, Jennifer Chlebek, Kristin Stukel (Rob) and Timothy Chlebek (Amber). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
