He is survived by: his wife Laura D Womack-Rowell; his children, Laura F Rowell of Elba and Jason B Cox; his grandson Johnny Cox of Comanche, TX; and his siblings, Leslie Rowell of Guy, AR and Inez Nason of Pelham, AL.
