He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jean Winters of Elba, AL; his children, Sandy Tew (Bert) of Wetumpka, AL, Randy Herbert Winters (Penny) of Elba, AL and Chris Winters (Dana) of Victoria, AL; his siblings, Jeanie Lacost of Carp Lake, MI, Carol Finch of Carp Lake, MI and Robert "Bob" Winters (Linda) of Carp Lake, MI; and his grandchildren, Michael Kelley, Ryan Kelley, Chanse Winters, Justin Winters, Mathew Winters, Tiffany Cox, Shannon Winters and Rae Winters. He is also survived by 11 great Grandchildren.
