He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry L. Johnson and Alma Brice Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Nelson Johnson of Elba, AL; his children, Gerald L. Johnson, Jr. of Sugarland, TX and Teresa Battles of Rome, GA; and his sister JoAnn Shaw of Rome, GA. He is also survived by Three Grandchildren and One Great-Grandchild.
