Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Frances Watkins leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Milton Lamar Vaughan. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Baker (Kenneth) of Elba, AL, Marie V. Martin (Jim) of Enterprise, AL and Virginia V. Taff (Barry) of Destin, FL; and her sister Ann W Miller of Enterprise, AL. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
Mrs. Vaughan was the oldest active member of Elba Methodist Church and the family request that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Church Music fund.
