She is survived by: her husband Quinton Boutwell of Elba; her sons, Chad Boutwell (Jessica) of New Brockton and Richard Boutwell (Katie) of New Brockton; her grandchildren, Nevaeh Boutwell, Robert Boutwell, Gabe Boutwell, Cayden Boutwell and Easton Boutwell; and her siblings, Dock Johnson (Brenda) of Elba, Mack Johnson (Ann) of Elba, Fred Johnson of Elba, Pete Johnson of Opp, Michael Wayne Johnson (Tracy) and Peggy Mae Johnson of Elba.
