He was predeceased by: his parents, Alzie Lee Hudson and Giles "Coot" Hudson; and his sisters, Nellie Holcomb and Annette Simmons. He is survived by: his daughter Shana Hudson Hussey; his son-in-law Daniel Hussey; his granddaughters, Emily Hussey of Banks, Ala, Laila Hussey of Banks, Ala and Olivia Hussey of Banks, Ala; and his siblings, Patricia Blanks of Lanett, AL, Merle McInnis of Ino, AL and Steve Hudson of Elba, Ala.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Hudson Cemetery, or to Crossover Ministries in memory of Danny.
