With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Sherman Kelley of Elba, Alabama, who passed away on May 10, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Kelly and Nunnie Mae Kelly of Elba. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Vince of Opp and Vanessa McTear of Opp; and his brother Charles Kelly (Eloise) of Elba. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
