She is survived by: her husband Philip Scarborough; her daughter Melanie Martin (Will); her granddaughters, Amanda Dickey (Keith) and Ashley Brumbeloe (Mitch); and her siblings, Rita Moseley, Rebecca Thomas, Myra Chisum (Max) and George Lancaster (Sally). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and a host of cherished friends.
In honor of her love for children, the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to Make-A-Wish Alabama or another children's charity of your choice.
