He was predeceased by: his parents, French Vickers and Bernice Taylor Vickers; his sister Bernadine Washam; and his grandson Jamie Elmore. He is survived by: his wife Joan Reynolds Vickers; his children, Vickie Elmore of Eight Mile and Tracy (Ginger Vickers) of Wilmer, Alabama.; his grandchildren, Jill Elmore, Emma Vickers, Trace Vickers and Kimber Vickers; and his great grandchild Jamie Bashaw.
