He is survived by: his wife Donna Corley Garrettson; his children, Tiffany Cowart (Greg), Stuart Garrettson (Jill), Amber Garrettson (Bridgette), Emily Lister (Robby), Jennifer Alexander and Peaches Marie Garrettson; his grandchildren, Jamie Alexander, Victoria Cowart, Nathan Alexander, Garrett Cowart (Faith), Drake Colling, Christian Garrettson, Doss Lister and Danni Lister; and his brother Charles Garrettson (Cathy).
