He is survived by: his parents, Robert Keith and Barbara Tanner Keith; his wife Janie "Jai" Keith; his children, Zach Keith (Wendy), Adam Keith (Christie), Kaitlin "Katie" Stone (Brandon) and Shyanne Keith; his grandchildren, John Hayden Keith, Connor Keith, Colton Keith, Parker Keith, Austin Keith, Phoebe Stone and Henry Stone; and his siblings, Debbie Sclater (Verdis Hudson), Mark Keith (Helen) and Jonathan Keith (Susie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
