She is survived by: her children, Sidney Rivers (Louise), Ronnie Rivers (April), Cynthia Tarver (Theodore) and Sandra Jackson (Don); her sister Claretha Towner Smith; her sister-in-law Lauretta Rice; her daughters-in-law, Carrie Pugh Rivers and Pauline Rivers; her caregivers, Delores Ward, Adrienne Renee Rivers and April Reed Rivers; her grandchildren, Courtney Lawson, Marquis Rivers, Phillipe Tarver, Samara Walley (Justin), Ryan Tarver, Alexis Rivers, Jasmine Rivers, Theresa Merriweather, Caprice Bailey and Myrinda Jones; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Lawson, Rashad Malone, Cameron Crenshaw, Marquis Rivers, Jr. and Payton Rivers.
