She was predeceased by: her husband Otis M. "Buddy" Stevens; her parents, Acie P. Smith and Juliette Blackmon Smith; her son Glenn "Rusty" Stevens; and her siblings, Kenny Bolton and Frances Dew.

She is survived by: her children, Daniel M. Stevens (Patricia), Juliette Watson and Susie Dowd (Lucky); her siblings, Bobby D. Smith and Sandra Seagreaves (Steve); and her grandchildren, Ashley of Amber, T. J., Robert, Kelsie and Christopher. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
