He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sibley Howell (Ted) and Helen Jeanette Howell; and his brother Ted O'Neil Howell. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Howell; his son Aaron Howell (Jordan); his grandchildren, Isabella Rein Howell and Renley Claire Howell; and his siblings, Eugene Howell (Brenda), Barbara Hammel and Janice Craig (Donnie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
